Valeriy Kutsyy, Board Member, Acting Chairman
Valeriy joined Miratech in 1998 as a software engineer and grew through a range of positions with increasing responsibilities. He is Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2008. Valeriy runs the executive team of Miratech.
He holds M.S. in Applied Mathematics with honors from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University and Executive MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. For a fair business conduct he was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir III Degree. The pool of CEOs voted Valeriy Kutsyy the most successful CEO in the Ukrainian software industry in 2010 (GVardiya rating).

Nikolay Royenko, Board Member
After 10 years of a highly successful academic career in IT, Nikolay Royenko founded Miratech in 1989 and led its progressive development into a major IT company with qualified personnel, experienced in international projects, and representation in Ukraine, the UK and US.
He subsequently served as Miratech Chief Executive Officer until December 1999.
Nikolay Royenko is also a board member of the IT Ukraine Association. He was elected as President of the IT Ukraine Association in 2004, 2007 and 2011.

 

Stewart H. Christ, Advisory Board Member
Stewart H. Christ joined the Board in 2013 – he heads Miratech Business Development in the US.
With more than 30 years of business experience with the wide range of business development, management and technical skills that are required in order to lead the growth of the business enterprise, Christ is primarily responsible for supporting corporate leadership in the development and execution of business development strategies of Miratech in the US markets.
Stewart is a chapter chairman for the Washington DC & Baltimore Chapter of WPO (World President’s Organization) and a “graduate” of YPO (Young President’s Organization).
Stewart’s education includes a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Michigan, and a Masters in Business Administration from Marymount University, with a concentration in Finance.
