Stability and welfare were the main criteria I was guided by in choosing Miratech as an employer. I had been actively looking for a new job and had repeatedly changed employers over several years. Now, being employed by Miratech, I want to stay for a long time, because, in this company, one makes oneself at home. 
 
The office has many “comfort zones,” where one can sport, have a cup of coffee, or simply chat with colleagues. There are no more than two or three control managers between a developer and the company’s executives. There is no huge management staff, or many vague posts. For me, Miratech is the company of opportunities. In 2008, I began working for Miratech in the dual positions of Travel Manager and Secretary. Moving up the corporate career, I became an IT Coordinator, and then QA Engineer of a major project with a foreign customer. I left Miratech once; however, I decided to return because I understood that it was one of the few companies that could provide several things that were very important for me, such as excellent employee skills, good processes, the possibility of professional growth, and wonderful relationships within the Miratech team.
