Miratech Group announces the addition of Denys Brodskyi to the leadership team as Vice President, Employee Relations. Brodskyi will report directly to CEO, Valeriy Kutsyy and assume responsibility for leading the global Employee Relations function at the company.

|Brien Biondi, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member||Brien Biondi became a member of the Board in 2016. He is Certified Public Account who received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management before going on to receiving his MBA in the same concentration. A U.S.-based innovative leader, Brien has extensive expertise in finance, operations, governance and entrepreneurship. He currently has over 25 years of experience in business management, the last 12 serving in such roles as CEO, Executive Director and President.|
|Stewart H. Christ, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member||Stewart H. Christ has been a Board member since 2013 and is the head of Miratech Business Development in North America. With more than 30 years of experience in business development, management and technical skills, his role is primarily to support corporate leadership in the execution of Miratech’s business development strategies in the US markets. Stewart is also a chapter chairman from the Washington D.C. and Baltimore chapters of the World Presidents’ Organization and a graduate of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Stewart’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.|
|Valeriy Kutsyy, Executive Director, Chairman of the Board||Valeriy Kutsyy holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and an Executive MBA and joined Miratech in 1998 as a software engineer. He advanced through a range of positions with increasing responsibilities and began serving as CEO in January 1, 2008. Valeriy also is a member of the Metro New York chapter of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO).|
|Félix Mauron, Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member||Félix Mauron became a member of the Board in 2014. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership, currently serving as CEO and Board member for Abraxas Informatik AG, a Swiss ICT company offering a wide range of services for public administration authorities. Mauron’s educational background includes accounting and controlling certification with program completion in management and leadership.|
|Nikolay Royenko, Executive Director, Board Member||After a highly successful 10-year academic career in IT, Nikolay founded Miratech in 1989 and developed the company into an IT leader in the industry with qualified personnel and international projects and representation. He subsequently served as Miratech’s CEO until December 1999.|

|Michael Smith, Chief Marketing Officer||Michael is a proven innovator and leader, and his work concentrates on the branding and repositioning of products and services in the high-tech, healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and child welfare/human services industries. His focus is on building Miratech’s market share through the use of long term strategic branding, supported by the company’s heritage, core strengths and international partner community. As an expert in the field of interactive development, social media and web-based marketing models, he has developed online strategies for key brands such as Canon and ADP. He has served in various Board capacities at the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO). Michael is especially proud of this leadership of Stewards of Change™, a business with a social mission: to enable human service agencies to take social change to scale and improve the outcomes for the children and families they serve.|
|Sergey Reznichenko, Senior Vice-President, Global Delivery||Sergey Reznichenko has a background in engineering and business economics and worked at another IT company before joining Miratech in July 2005 as a project manager. He continued to progress through the ranks, serving as the Director of the Department of Project Management since 2008 and was appointed Vice-President of Service Delivery in 2010.|
|Igor Goldenberg, Senior Vice-President, Business Development||Igor has a Master of Science and possesses a wealth of experience in software company management, strategic planning, project management, IT consulting and business processes reengineering. He brought his expertise to Miratech in December 2005 as a senior project manager. He continued to progress in the company, becoming Vice-President of Engineering in 2007 and Vice-President of Product and Program Management in 2010. Prior to Miratech, Igor served as a Technical Director and Chief Technical Officer from 2001-2005.|
|Elena Kofanova, Senior Vice-President, Finance||Elena Kofanova has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Accounting and worked in a variety of senior management positions for major global brands such as Adidas, Arthur Andersen, Hudson Global Resources, Kimberly-Clark, and Oriflame. With over 20 years of finance and auditing experience, Elena possess strong skills in accounting, cash flow analysis and optimization, budgeting, forecasting and KPI management, SOX compliance audit and IFRS. She brought her expertise to Miratech in June 2012 as a financial manager and was promoted to Vice-President of Finance in 2015.|
|Tony De Cicco, Vice-President, Customer Intelligence||Tony De Cicco earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Montclair State University. With over 30 years of leadership experience in developing and growing strong service and sales organizations, he joined Miratech as the Vice-President of US Customer Intelligence in April 2017. In his new role, Tony is responsible for leading the Customer Intelligence Practice. He will help to leverage Miratech’s engineering expertise and long-standing Genesys-Miratech partnership into a global Genesys Practice. Before Miratech, Tony was the Vice-President of Professional Services at Informix Software with the responsibility of the overall training, consulting, and systems engineering organizations. Following this role, he served as Senior Vice-President for worldwide Professional Services at VERITAS Software. He was responsible for growing operations from $10 million to over $100 million in 4 years. Immediately before his role at Miratech, he served as Vice-President of Solutions & Consulting for Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories, leading and mentoring a team of expert consultants, delivering technical excellence and consistently exceeding revenue growth goals.|
|Roman Dzvinka, Vice-President, Global Sales||Roman Dzvinka has a Master’s in economics. He began his career in corporate banking and later shifted to software services. In his previous roles he was responsible for international business development and was appointed director of a company business unit where he was a key business development driver in the United States. He joined Miratech in 2013 as the Vice-President of Global Sales.|
|Olga Skydan, Senior Vice-President, Global Sourcing||Olga Skydan holds a Master’s of Science in automatics and computer control systems, an Executive MBA, and a Ph.D. in mathematic modeling. She launched her career in IT at a product development company in 1998 and became the organization’s CEO in 2006. She joined Miratech in 2014 as Vice-President of Business Development in Telecommunications and became responsible for the engineering and recruiting organizations within Miratech at the beginning of 2015.|
|Denis Brodsky, Vice-President, Employee Relations||Mr. Denis Brodsky acquired in-depth experience in Human Resources operations and strategic management through building professional career starting from recruitment officer to Chief HR Officer and Board Member with leading international FMCG and Pharmaceutical corporations, Ukrainian private holdings and retail banks. His work geography covers Ukraine, Caucasus, and Central Asia.
Mr. Brodsky gained professional knowledge in Human Resources, general management, and leadership by completing various educational programs with leading international schools: Ashridge Business School (UK), The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Columbia Business School.
Before joining Miratech, Mr. Brodsky worked as non-executive director/strategic advisor to prominent Ukrainian media, pharmaceutical, logistics and other companies that build their global operations.
|Oleg Sergeev, Vice-President, IT & Infrastructure||Oleg Sergeev received his degree in Telecomunications and Automated Systems of Control and also holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences. He joined Miratech in 2010 as an IT Manager and in 2014 was promoted to Information Technology Director. In October 2016, he was promoted again to Vice-President of IT & Infrastructure. In his current position, Oleg leads the IT, administration and quality system functions where he leverages his extensive knowledge in organizing high performing service units, operational management, and IT service management.|

|Hanif Younus, Western Europe||Hanif Younus holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is part of Miratech’s 2017 global expansion program. He is a strategically minded, results-orientated professional with extensive experience in operations and technology and plays a pivotal leadership role in overall regional growth in the UK and Europe. Hanif has over 35 years of experience in C-level positions, mainly in the financial industry. He effectively managed major regional business units of Citibank and also worked in Unicredit before running his own company. Hanif has a proven track record of implementing Oracle core banking systems, DWH, ERP, SAP for HR, and contact centers for retail.|
|Elena Zhylich, Central and Eastern Europe||Elena Zhylich holds a Master’s of Science in Radiophysics and a postgraduate diploma in Natural Sciences. She possesses vast experience in leading large-scale consulting engagements including software engineering, solution implementations, and Operational-level Agreements for leading companies. She joined Miratech in 2005 and led the development and launch of our End-User Support practice operating across 157 cities. In 2015, Miratech won Best European IT Outsourcing Project of the Year, where Elena played a key role. She was promoted to Vice-President of Business Development in Europe in the same year.|
|David Arie, Israel||David Arie graduated with a Master’s in Engineering for Electric Grids and Systems and a Ph.D in Environmental Science and Environmental Economy. David has been managing IT companies since 1999 and joined Miratech in 2015 to develop business strategy, contact financial institutions, supervise ongoing projects, and oversee staff and management for our Tel Aviv sales office.|
|Andriy Baganich, Slovakia||Andriy Baganich possesses a degree in Physics and has a wealth of experience across a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, publishing, investment, real estate and IT. His career has included work in scientific research sales, operations, development, and management in international organizations. In his previous position, he was responsible for trading, legislative initiatives, development of a regional network, and stock market activity monitoring and forecasting. He began working for Miratech in 2014.|
|Kristoffer Vaughan Grude, Norway||Kristoffer V. Grude has a Master of Science in Business and spent many years as a leader, business developer and owner, consultant, author, and lecturer. He has been strategic advisor to enterprises of all sizes, in the public as well as the private sector. He now serves as a strategic advisor to Miratech in Norway. Kristoffer is one of the originators of the Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) method, and a coauthor of a book of the same name (still a bestseller in several languages after 30 years). GDPM is an effective method that is widely implemented as a standard within public and private enterprises, and used in college and university curriculums. He has authored several additional books that serve as the foundation for many internal training programs on leadership and management.|
|Joseph Normandeau, USA||Joseph Normandeau has been a Miratech Business Partner since 2014 and now serves as a strategic advisor to Miratech in the US. He has more than 25 years of experience in boutique consulting firms and as an independent consultant. His areas of excellence include PMO, Business Intelligence, Big Data as a Service, Offshore Sourcing, Front/Middle office implementations, Compliance, eComm Surveillance, Open Source Stack, and Blockchain. Joseph’s company, Salem Global Partners, with offices in New York, London, and Mumbai, provides strategic hires, resourcing and people-based consultancy services to banks, financial institutions, consulting firms, and technology vendors. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Michael's College.|
